Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults between 18 to 29 years of age 2. Both male and female 3. Participants having working knowledge of the English language, for filling of questionnaires and consent form. 4. Normal or corrected to normal vision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants suffering from any diagnosed psychiatric, musculoskeletal, neurological or cognitive, systematic, medical diseases/disorders or having any diagnosed orthopedic structural deformities which could affect balance, coordination and gait. 2. Any medical treatment that might impair sleep, balance and gait (e.g. antipsychotic drugs). 3. Participants diagnosed with any visual, vestibular (including hearing) and/or somatosensory problems. 4. Use of any orthosis and prosthesis. 5. Any moderate to high physical activity participation 6. Any pain or discomfort while walking 7. Lower extremity orthopedic surgery within last 6 months 8. Subjects with nighttime working Shift.
