Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All females aged 18-80 years, ASA grade 1/2/3 undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic gynecological procedures under general anesthesia will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Laparoscopic procedures not requiring position change. 2.Laparoscopic procedures converted into open procedure. 3.Extraperitoneal laparoscopic procedure. 4.Patient not willing to take part in study. 5.Pregnant patients. 6.Women with coagulation disorders. 7.Women with previous neurological diseases.
