Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients( > 18 years) planned for elective surgery under neuromuscular relaxation with orotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Restricted mouth opening Nasotracheal intubation Prior irradiation to the head and neck region BMI >35kgm-2 Extra axial mass in the neck and/or demonstrated intraluminal airway obstruction including tongue and laryngeal malignancies. Physiologically difficult airway Suspected or proven airway hemorrhage Room air saturation Inability and Unwillingness to provide informed consent. Patients at risk of aspiration of gastric contents
