Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range between 18-26 years 2.Willingness to participate in the study 3.Individual who understands written and verbal English language and consent to participate. 4.Subjects free from all lower extremity injury, head injury, and vestibular disorders for 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A major injury that involved surgical treatment in the previous 5 years 2.An injury that prevented participation in physical activity for more than 2 weeks over the previous 6 months 3.A condition that prevented him/her from participating at maximal effort in sporting activities at the time of testing 4.Athletes with a history of neurological disorders or musculoskeletal injuries that may affect balance or hand-eye coordination. 5.Athletes who are currently taking medication that may affect sleep patterns.
