Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Pratyatma lakshana of Vatakantaka -Pain in Heel and Plantar aspect of foot on keeping first step in the morning and following a period of rest, with or without local tenderness and stiffness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calcaneal stress Fracture Rheumatoid Arthritis Gout Neoplastic conditions Subjects with impaired circulation to lower extremities Patients who have taken Corticosteroid injections to Heel, preceding 3 months. Patients who are contraindicated for Swedana.
