Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective + emergency OT ASA I-II 2. patients admitted in ITU(Intensive Therapy Unit) 3.Patients who have given written, informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Internal jugular vein thrombosis. 2. Local infection at the insertion site. 3. Antibiotic-impregnated catheter in allergic patient. 4. Coagulation disorders
