Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both immediate extraction and healed ridge 2. Posterior maxillary alveolar residual bone height 5 -10 mm 3. More than 4 mm of residual bone width no localized pathology or anatomic limitations of the oral cavity, or scarring after previous surgery 4. no significant history of sinus disease 5. no history of systemic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor oral hygiene advanced periodontal disease Systemic diseases Smokers patient with parafunctional habits Medication interfering with bone metabolism (i.e. corticosteroids, bisphosphonate, etc.) Pregnant and lactating females
