Intervention1: deep breathing and anulom -vilom pranayama: after enrolling participants into experimental group ,prior to 5 days of surgery live demonstration of breathing and pranayama will be shown

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Study Includes - 1. patients scheduled for cardiac surgery, 2. patients > 18 years old 3. patients who willing to participate .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: preoperative cardiac patients excluded who- 1.patients with cognitive or neurological deficit 2.patients with coexisting acute or chronic respiratory disorders 3.Below 18 years. 4.Patient with nostril injury / nostril surgery /NG tube placed.
