Intervention1: Treadmill running: Treadmill running was given as the intervention (moderate running). Treadmill running is given as 5 days per week. Criteria is warm-up running for 10min with 40% HRR

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 17 – 40 years of age both male and female Not going for any training exercises SDNN (35 – 100ms) BMI =30 Non-smoker at the very least 6 months Sedentary behaviour questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous medical history of cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, or psychological disorders, diabetes mellitus, hypertension (beta blockers) that affect HRV, renal disorder, hepatic disorder, and metabolic disorder. Resting BP greater than 140/90mmhg Any musculoskeletal and neurological disorders Alcohol consumption
