Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Desk job employees with working experience of more than 1 year and who sit more than 6 hours/per day. Any gender, 25-60 years of age group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with complications Participants with severe physical and mental impairment
