Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age of patients greater than or equal to 18 years with chronic spontaneous urticaria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy, lactation 2.Co-morbidities like (autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular, neurological, hepatic, renal or malignant diseases) 3.Patients who have received corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, NSAIDs or antibiotics in past 4 weeks. 4.Patients having history of acute gastrointestinal illness such as indigestion and mal-absorption. 5.Patients having history of acute angioedema with respiratory distress. 6.Patients who are not willing to participate.
