Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:17 to 30 years 2.Both sexes 3.Recreational basketball and soccer athletes who are not suffering from any lower extremity or lumbar spine injury currently 4.Recreational basketball and soccer athletes training minimum 3days/week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any acute lower extremity or spine injury that could harm the client during the testing activity. 2.Athletes who have undergone any major surgery in the past 6 months. 3.Athletes who are no longer training.
