Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of both genders. 2) Patients age in between 20-60 years. 3) Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi who have been advised to Siravedha at Antara kandara Gulpha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients age below 20 years & above 60 years 2) Pregnant and lactating mother 3) K/C/O - Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, tuberculosis of spine and hip joint, malignancy of spine or other organs, Avascular necrosis & other bleeding disorders 4) Fracture related to spine and lower limb 5) Cardiac diseases (ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction etc.) 6) Patient having any major surgical and systemic illness. 7) Patient not willing to participate in the study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The structure for Siravedha at Antara Kandara Gulpha in Gridhrasi patients will be confirmed by this study Timepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Study of Antara Kandara Gulpha Sira. 2. Establishment of relation between Antara Kandara Gulpha Sira & Great saphenous vein. 3. Identification of vein that is selected for Siravedh in Gridhrasi patients. 4. Measuring flask reading will be observed for quantity of bloodletting. 5. Pulse & blood pressure will be taken on CRF according to OPD or IPD case paper. Timepoint: 24-28 weeks
