Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on an Age-appropriate SDNN value Age: 20 and 65 years Both genders First-ever ischemic stroke

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Atrial fibrillation and Rheumatic heart disease. History of Arteriovenous Fistula, Arteriovenous Malformation, A history of Haemorrhage, Malignancy Sustained hypertension (systolic BP >180 mm Hg or diastolic BP >100 mm Hg) History of Systemic diseases (Thrombocytopenia, Renal failure, cirrhosis) History of Severe symptomatic peripheral vascular disease (PVD) (lower extremity Vaso-occlusive disease) Pregnant woman Diabetic mellitus ( > 5yrs) Bleeding diathesis, Active thrombophlebitis Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) Obesity (BMI: 30-39.99 kg/m2) Apraxia Patients who are under medication of Beta-blockers, anticholinergic, muscle relaxants, antiadrenergic, and diuretics drugs.
