Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Able to read and understand Hindi Patients with any lower extremity musculoskeletal conditions like fracture, dislocation, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, knee ligamentous injuries, meniscal injuries, plantar fasciitis, post operative cases of lower limb fractures, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, ankle arthrodesis, hip Avascular necrosis, foot deformities, retrocalcaneal spur

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with neurologic or psychiatric condition and thus unable to communicate effectively Patients diagnosed with cardiac and respiratory condition that limits participation in the study
