Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with positive anterior rhinoscopic examination findings for Nasal polyp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who had taken topical steroids within 4 weeks before the study therapy (shall be enrolled after a washout period of 2 weeks) 2. Patients with craniofacial deformities. 3. Patients with known immunodeficiency diseases 4. Pregnant and lactating mother
