Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 physical status scheduled for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to give consent or Patient for whom any drug from the combination is contraindicated.

To assess intraoperative hemodynamic stability in terms of change in heart rate and mean arterial pressure.Timepoint: Heart rate and mean arterial pressure monitoring will be done at 15 minutes interval till end of surgery
