Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in various professional job types, including full time , part time, self-employed,home makers and care givers of age between 20-45 years of women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Womem who are retired or no longer seeking employment.Pregnancy or 6 months postpartum and individuals with chronic health condition heart disease , cancer and diabetes or psychosomatic disorder that could significantly affect their physical fitness or life satisfaction
