Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosed Osteopenia patients by DEXA scan (T score -1 to -2.5), male or female patients of 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) 2. Intestinal mal absorption disorders like colitis, IBS etc
