Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2) Age group between 30 To 45 Years. 3) Patient with classical signs and symptoms of Akalaj Jara. 4) Asthapan and Anuvasan Arha (indicated ones for Asthapan and Anuvasan Basti) 5) Those who are willing to give consent letter. 6) Persons who are apparently healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Whose age is less than 30 years and more than 45 years. 2) Patients suffering from systematic disorders like renal failure, heart disease, etc. 3) Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
