Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 75 years Primary knee arthroplasty or hip arthroplasty Patient undergoing unilateral joint replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Revision THR,TKR Knee or Hip replacement on either side in last 12 month Any other neuromuscular condition in either side of the lower limb and any lower back condition Not willing to participate Cognitive impairment and Psychiatric disorders Severe chronic diseases limiting physical functioning
