Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject with age criteria from 18- 25 years of both genders Subject having tight hamstring with 20° knee-extension deficit following active knee extension test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals involved in any regular physical activity (atleast 4 times a week). No physical impairments in either the lower limbs or lower back in the previous year. Should not have any neurological deficits or spinal pathology.
