Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of Sign & Symptoms of Pandu Roga 2. Adolescent Group of age 17-19 years 3. Biochemistry Parameters- Hb% 6 to 10 Peripheral Blood Smear Iron Profile whenever it is possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hb% below 6 gm% 2. Any major illness or complication like thalassemia, spherocytosis, aplastic Anemia, haemoltyic Anemia any associated severe complications and pregnancy induced Pandu
