Interventions

Intervention1: INCENTIVE SPIROMETRY: 10 TIMES PER SESSION, 1O SESSION PER DAY FOR 4 WEEKS Control Intervention1: CONVENTIONAL EXERCISE PROGRAM: 60 MINUTES/DAY FOR 3 DAYS/WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Diagnosed Children of Spastic Cerebral palsy 2- Reasonable Intelligence Quiescent (IQ) and Cognitive Function 3. Children of age 6-18 years4. Any gender 5. GMFCS 1, 2 & 3 6. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative subjects 2. Presence of kyphosis and or scoliosis 3. Any apparent chest deformity 4. GMFCS 4 & 5 5. History of Tracheostomy. 6. Subjects suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric illness, or myopathies 7. Subjects have any history of lung disease, cardiac illness, and or sign of respiratory infection at the time of the study
