Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with complain of: 1.colicky abdominal pain 2.Mucous in stool 3.Blood in stool 4.Frequent stool 5.Presence of trophozoites or cyst form of Entamoeba histolytica in their stool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women 2.Lactating Women 3.Mentally retarded patients 4.Chronic Kidney disease 5.Cardiac patients 6.Severly dehydrated patients
