Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:18 years and above. 2.All genders. 3.Patient classified under IHS classification. 4.Patient taking medications/without medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any other types of headaches (tension type headache, cervicogenic headache, medication overuse headache) etc. 2.Diagnosed pathology in the cervical spine (e.g., disc disease) 3.History of trauma to the head or neck (e.g., whiplash associated disorder) 4.Other musculoskeletal, neurological, or psychiatric disease 5.Participant refused to give consent.
