Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male sprinters with atleast 2 years of track and field experience and who have participated in intercollegiate events in past 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of any musculoskeletal injury in past 6 months. 2.Individuals with metabolic neurological and musculoskeletal disorders 3.Individual undergoing any other performance trainings
