Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants of both sexes. 2. Individuals experiencing shoulder pain persisting for at least 3 months or more with painful shoulder movements. 3. Patients with Positive findings in at least one of the tests i.e., painful arc test, Neer test, Yergasons test, O’Brien’s test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any fractures ( 2. Patient with referred shoulder pain and other malignant conditions. 3. Pregnant and lactating women.

MeasureTime frame
Changes in the Constant Murley Score will be assessed for shoulder pain.Score measures pain ,daily activities ,movements ,strength ,range of motion of affected shoulder joint.Timepoint: 6 months
