Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Report persistent pain in the heel with gradual onset over 3 months. Report pain that is most noticeable with initial steps following a period of inactivity, and also worsened with prolonged weight bearing. NPRS is more than 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes. Recent Foot injury. Previous foot surgery.
