Inclusion criteria: Conservatively managed CAD patients for more than 6months Age 30-70years Medically stable post MI At risk of coronary artery disease with diagnosis of diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension Stable Angina

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Acute MI ? CHF Unstable angina Ischemic changes on ECG Acute pericarditis/myocarditis Recent embolism Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
