Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Chronic back pain). 2. ASA I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.uncontrolled medical or psychiatric illness. 2.Corticosteroids or contrast allergy. 3.Infection at injection site.

MeasureTime frame
To compare the visualization of drug spread between digital subtraction imaging versus real time fluoroscopy following parasagittal interlaminar epidural steroid injections in patients with chronic back pain. Spread is evaluated as ventral spread , dorsal spread , Lateral spread , Craniocaudal spread , number of lumbar segments covered , presence of perineural spread .Timepoint: Baseline , 1 week

MeasureTime frame
To find the association of pain relief and ventral spread for each group.Timepoint: 12hrs before procedure 24hrs after procedure 1 month after procedure
