Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histopathologically proven CA Stomach patient Aged 18 70 years ECOG 0 1 2 Performance status No evidence of any distant mets clinically No past history of any malignancy No any other site of malignancy No contraindication for GA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metastatic disease at the time of first visit
