Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Security Personnel, who are working in AIIMS Bhubaneswar. Able to respond to Odia/English tools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women. Those who are having epilepsy, hypertension( >140/90 mmHg).

MeasureTime frame
To assess level of anger among security personnel. To assess the combined effect of Bhramori and Nadi Shodhan Pranayama on anger control among security personnel. Timepoint: 15 days

To find the association of anger control scores with their demographic variables.Timepoint: 15days
