Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled at AIIMS, New Delhi 2.Clerical staff regular/ contract working at AIIMS, New Delhi 3.Students and employee willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with psychiatric illness(depression. schizophrenia) 2. having any physical disability hindering their physical activities with locomotor disability
