Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of Cerebral palsy. Children with frequent anterior drooling as determined by parent or child and affecting the child’s physical or social health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with sialorrhea associated with following conditions will be excluded. Known cases of -Congenital disease and genetic disorders. -Acute and chronic respiratory diseases. -Children under Anti-epileptic or Anti-convulsant drugs. -Neurodegenerative condition. -Presence of additional vocal pathology e.g., vocal nodules. -Other chronic systemic illness. The exclusion is based on clinical features, history of illness along with available investigation reports.
