Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the case definition of Primary dysmenorrhoea, with a VAS score of 4 or more. 2. Women’s age group 11 to 35 years are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gynaecological abnormalities like endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, adenomyosis and pelvic inflammation. etc. 2. Patients with cognitive impairment.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome will be analysed regarding the reduction in the Visual Analogue Scale score. Difference between VAS score final value and initial value.Timepoint: The patient will be assessed after 6 months of intervention.
