Intervention1: Adductor Canal Block(ACB) with iPACK (infiltration between Popliteal Artery and Capsule of Knee): USG guided iPACK- bolus 0.50% Bupivacaine 15ml, ACB (adductor canal block) bolus - 0.50

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3&4 Refusal of consent age 75 years psychological and neurological disorder coagulation disorder infection at local site of injection history of allergy to LA
