Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and Female individuals with type 2 Diabetes mellitus individuals defined as per the American Association of Diabetes (ADA) criteria aged between 40 to 70 years Those Who are on oral anti diabetic therapy Subjects who are interested to to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus individuals with hypertension and tennis elbow Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus individuals with lateral Epicondylitis and Open Wounds on libs Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus individuals with underweight and morbid obesity Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus individuals who are on insulin therapy Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus individuals who are on corticosteroid and antiepileptic medications

MeasureTime frame
Hand Grip Strength will be recorded with dominant hand utilizing a grip transducer and a power lab 15T with bio amplifier It will be recorded and presented in LabChart using a PowerLab data collecting system Maximal Voluntary Contraction in Newtons Time to fatigue in seconds at 30% of MVC Time to fatigue in seconds at 75% of MVC Timepoint: At Baseline and after 20 minutes
