Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective off pump coronary artery by pass surgeries, Patients willing to give informed written consent, Patients of either sex, ASA Grade II & III, Age Groups-18-70 years, Weight between 40-70kg. Patients with ejection fraction > 40%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of drug allergy to study drug, Patients with hyperlipidemia, pre-existing Renal or Hepatic dysfunction, Patients with combined valve and coronary surgery, ONCAB, redo cardiac surgery, uncontrolled hypertension, any disorder with immunological dysfunction (eg, malignancy or positive serological test for HIV) in last 6 months
