Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: students with moderate scale stress [14-26] high perceives stress[27-40] neck and shoulder muscle stiffness due to stress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: low scale stress [0-13] reading. any diagnosed neurological, psychological and musculoskeletal issues
