Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients (18-65 years) of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II scheduled to undergo arthroscopic shoulder surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of coagulopathies or on anticoagulant therapy/infection at the proposed site of block/ known allergies to effect of local anesthetics/ Severe Hypertension/ Preexisting Neurological deficit in upper limbs / Preexisting lung diseases or hemidiaphragmatic dysfunction/ Duration of surgery more than 2 hours/ Arthroscopic Rotator cuff repair

To compare incidence of Hemidiaphragmatic paresis using conventional and low volume drug for Anterior Suprascapular Nerve Block in patients undergoing arthroscopic Shoulder surgery.Timepoint: Pulmonary function tests assessed before block and 24 hours after block

To compare Anealgesic efficacy of ultrasound guided conventional volume and low volume anterior suprascapular block in patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery.Timepoint: 1.Total fentanyl requirements during intraoperative period 2. Numerical Rating scale [NRS] 3. Time taken to first rescue analgesia demand 4. Total tramadol consumption during first 24 hours of post operative period
