Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mild to moderate levelbof depression(7 to 24 points) on hamilton d scale. Diagnosed patients with primary depression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute illness like MI,CVA,CCF,COPD. Severe mallignant hypertension. Renal failure. Patients with major pyschiatric illnes like epilepsy,schizophrenia,mania. Patients with secondary depression. Severe depression with Hamilton D Scale (more than 24 points) Pregnant women,lactating women. Contraindications of Bhramari(sevrere ear infection,cardiac diseases,substance abuse ,high blood pressure)

Hamilton D score and symptoms of the patients will be screened on 0th,15th and 30 th day of taking jatamansi churna and bhramari pranayamaTimepoint: Hamilton D score at 0,15th day and 30th day will be accessed

Secondary

Reduction of Hamilton D score & symptomsTimepoint: Hamilton D score at 30th day
