Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with clinical signs and symptoms diagnosed as a case of gridhrasi with special reference to sciatica Patient fit for basti karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unfit for basti karma Lactating and pregnant women Traumatic cause of low backache Intervertebral disc prolapsed Patient with infectious spine eg pots spine Patient suffering from systemic disorders which interfere with course of treatment Patient having renal disorder cardiac disorder alcoholic liver disease carcinoma
