Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1)To find out the amount of dose reduction to the arm draining lymph node if any, after giving dose constraints in modified plan of RT in early breast cancer patients undergoing breast conserving surgery.Timepoint: At 0 week: Start of Study During course of RT: Review every week. At 26 week:Lymphedema reassessment using LyQLI questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome TimePoints 1)To assess Quality of life using LyQLI questionnaire 6 months post RT 2)To compare the severity of lymphedema between baseline & 6 months post RTTimepoint: At 0 week: Start of Study During course of RT: Review every week. At 26 week:Lymphedema reassessment using LyQLI questionnaire.
