Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In children whose parents are giving written consent for enrolling their child in the study Patients from 5 yrs to 15 yrs of age suffering from Vibandha irrespective of religion race gender and socioeconomic condition Vibandha caused due to Dosha and Agni dushti or any other metabolic problems related to digestion like Abdominal pain Distension Anorexia with history of constipation in children Constipation grade between 2 to 4on Bristols Stool Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Hormonal disease such as Hypothyroidism Patients requiring surgical management are excluded Patient suffering from any known acute or chronic medical and surgical illness congenital anomaly of anus and rectum known case of Crohns disease Hirschsprungs disease TB HIV Malignancies
