Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients experiencing thoracic back discomfort. patient wiling to continue the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with pre-existing medical conditions affecting the back, conditions contraindicating to ultrasound treatment, patient not willing to continue the treatment, severe musculoskeletal deformity.
