Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients of mild and moderate cannabis and/or opioid use disorder as per DSM V criteria. Patients having intact mental health capacity (as per section 4, Mental healthcare act, 2017) and are willing to quit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having severe cannabis and/or opioid withdrawals symptoms Patients with history of multiple relapses Patients with other substance dependency like, alcohol, cocaine, amphetamine type stimulants, sedatives, and inhalants .except nicotine Patients with pre-diagnosed co-morbid psychiatric illness like schizophrenia, bipolar depression. Patients presenting with medical emergencies such as intoxication, poisoning, hypertensive encephalopathy, hyperkalemia, severe dehydration. Pre-diagnosed cases of low glomerular filtration rate, raised total serum bilirubin levels, malignancies. Pregnant and lactating women
