Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Proficiency of English Language, Minimum 10 years of Formal Education

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals diagnosed with axis I psychiatric disorders and having an ongoing treatment • Individuals who have received any structured psycho-social intervention in the last 6 months • Individuals who may not have access for online intervention • Individuals with any kind of physical limitations which make it difficult for them to participate in an online intervention. • Individuals who may not have privacy at home for participating in the intervention
