Intervention1: International Prostate Symptom Score Versus Uroflowmetry for the management of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia: Based on International Prostate Symptom Score patients will be given a quest

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All elderly men above 50 years with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms suggestive of Prostatomegaly (firm prostate and prostate size above 20gm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of prostate cancer, urinary tract infection, neurogenic bladder dysfunction, urethral stricture/stones, or previous prostate surgery (TURP/Laser Ablation Surgery), Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus
