Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient in late adolescent stage (16-25 years); > CVMI 4 (deceleration) Unilateral or bilateral posterior crossbite Maxillary transverse deficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic problems and under medication Poor oral hygiene patients with physical and psychological limitations Craniofacial anomalies Previous orthodontic treatment
